A CPA "Compiled" or a "Reviewed" or even a 'Audited" class of Financial Statement raises issues on verification by the CPA. Does any one know if Maxam Golds' stated attempt to become fulling reporting within a stated 30 days of the Nevada Approval Time Frame has anything to do with the fact that Maxam is at a level of CPA scrunity that NEEDS said re verification by the CPA ( Certified Professional Accountant) guidelines as determined by the VERY strick "generally accepted accounting principles" of the CPA master Trade Association ? I think this is involved. I just called Dale and stated this fact as a question and I didn't ask the CPA rule part he was attempting to follow, Compiled, Reviewed or Audited; yet, I suspect that they are going after AUDITED CLASS!
