Listed securities only right now. We have real-time level I quotes for Bulletin Board stocks if you are signed up for real time Nasdaq quotes. "QUESTION #2: Can the entire QCharts registration process be done on-line for quick activation of all services, including Level-2? -- or is it necessary to actually fax/mail "hard copies" of the exchange agreements or other documents before Level-2 service and other advanced features are activated?" We provide online "click-through" exchange agreements for those exchanges that let us do it, including NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ. The option & futures exchanges haven't given us permission to do this, so if you want real-time data you must snail-mail us the printed signed forms. Some days our customer service gets very busy. Other days you can get right through. They were very busy last week. We are adding new staff to answer the phones so we can meet demand. -- Gibbons Burke
