In short, my FA and TA are at loggerheads when it comes to this stock. Usually, when that happens, I forget the stock, figuring there are so many stocks out there where TA/FA dovetails perfectly, and why bother with a stock that behaves strangely. However, the FA is so damn compelling in this case, that I'm going out on a limb, and committing significant funds on the theory that the <<continued discounting of Company News into the future>> will work to my advantage. We shall see. Soon, the reason for the poor performance may become apparent (July 13 huge #shares are coming out of lockup status, which could have been spooking the market all along), and I might be sitting on a pile of losses (on the other hand, I already took positions in the low 40s, and today NITE is above 60). Mr. Teflon, I do believe, however, that they will regain their frothy pace of appreciation as we head into the Holiday Season at the end of the year---y2k and all. I do think you are correct as we are just getting in to the e-commerce phase. I really see nothing but growth, maybe not 100% per qtr, but growth that far exceeds the average. I think this holiday season will be another growth and split season. Also, I post to SFD a little early but also has your name on it and would like your opinion. Trying not to take up to much of peoples time. Thank You JK
