Obviously it didn't much matter today, but Warburg Dlln Rd initiated coverage of VECO today with a buy rating.

BTW - I choose stocks based on their charts, and I like the support at the 29-30 range. If anyone else looks at charts, compare it with the chart of ADTN over the last 6 months, or NVLS.

Since I'm new here, I'll plainly state that I am long and bullish on this stock and think Merrill Lynch has their own interests here with this report. I don't think they're trying to help out the little guy. I will gladly eat my words if things don't go the way I think they will in the next month.

Thanks. On another note, have you or anyone else seen what they have done with the money from the stock offering early this year? Next week of course would be a nice time to make an announcement on that front. It may be that the offering caused some of the decline in price of the stock but you can't fault management for their timing on the sale, better then than now. You don't suppose they would make a tender to buy the shares back, do you? <g>
