Oh, come on, Ish...How could a man who "got the kids" be expected to pay child support to an ex-wife who did NOT get the kids? Support for what?

I couldn't
believe he couldn't appeal but it was a small county where a few ruled.


But appeals go to the state level. And you always have one right of appeal automatically.

I, like jbe, found it hard to believe that he would get the kids and have to pay child support. I would have to see the actual orders before I would believe that.
