O'Shea, President at 1-864-962-8906 I just got off the phone with the Mr. O'Shea, he was very pleasant and answered all of my questions as well as he could. He said to expect a press release next week that has partly to do with the $10,000,000 funding but does not have to do with the pharmaonline site. He also said the funding letter of intent is basically a done deal. I asked if there was any slight chance that the funding would not come thru and he said no, anb the reason of the funding is to make more aquisitions, which he could not elaborate on at this time but did say he was leaving on a business trip for 4 days and about the time he returns we will see a PR release (Hinting it's about finalizing a new aquisition)and that it will be very big. They are in the process of auditing and becoming a fully reporting company he also added. Another release will be abou thte takeover transition of the pharmacyonline site, this site he stated allows phamacies to locate and order hard to find drugs in small quantities. Three more chains have signed up, but he couldnt give the names." Make sure your seat blets are tight.. :) -- Hungry
