My read is that people do not have three weeks to wait, more like three to five days. I'll bet the whole sample has been processed and the diamonds are being boiled clean in Antwerp as we post. The countdown is on. One week at the latest, unless they have SO many that it takes a little longer. Only a forcast, no information to base it on. I am thankful they have tightened up on news leaks. A sunny day so off to the links to see if I can beat my wife today. Getting beat regularily is the price one pays for marrying a champion.
