Les; I wonder how they measure it, I was a Cargo Super on a
Bunker ship, and I bunkered Ships that carried more than
that, ( I also remember how they held ships at anchor hundreds
of them when we had the last shortage. )
I Should say last two shortages , both times I was carrying
supplies to loaded oil tankers as far as the eye could see.
When they want to jack up the price they jack up the price.

I never believe any of the reports of shortage anymore, I have
seen to much with my own eyes. But we can take the reports serious
as when they want us to have a shortage they will damm sure arrange
it. No matter how many ships they have to stack, when they want
you waiting in line at the gas pump, they get it.
