Paul Allen's Wired World Portfolio update, 7/8/99:

The portfolio was up 1.35% on the day. This compares to a gain of 1.05% on the NASDAQ. It's becoming a broken record, as again MCOM was up big, 17.69% on 7 9/16. This follows MCOM's 21% gain on Wednesday and 26% gain on Tuesday. Closing at 50 5/16, MCOM was trading for 10 less than a month a go.

HSAC also continues to shine. It's stock price rose 4 1/4 to 39 1/8 with a 12% gain. HSAC was trading around 16 three weeks ago.

GNET rose 2 13/16 to 89 on news it was partnering with Intershop to add ecommerce capabilities to its 375,000 web-based businesses.

Current value of the portfolio is $106,080 or a gain of 6.08% in three trading days.
