Correction

It wasn't "Forex " but "Stickler"(on SH Thread) who confirmed goof up with IR.

see it wasn't that hard to correct a statement before market open?

LOL

Although I haven't read the Reuters report, I would suggest there is nothing to get excited about. In Canada, it is illegal for a public company to make statements about an upcoming listing. That is probably why there was a correction to last night's statement. The correction wouldn't change anything about the time of a listing. Once the 20-F registration statement is effective and all SEC comments have been addressed you can start trading in the US. The real question is: when was the 20-F filed? Count about 60 to 90 days from that date before it can trade in the US, and that is if everything goes well. When was it filed?

@@Howard incorrectly stated the
Nasdaq listing and should have said the "20F filling".@@

Unless the 20f is already done and it was not announced!
Could that be possible? It would be stupid not to announce it.

If it was taped and Pearl knew he made a boubou and did not try to stop it before it got on air then he will have to answer some questions in front the other shareolders. So we could see a correction statement from MCF next week if the concern grows.
As for the halt TSE did not see it, cause the movement in the stock happened 2 days before the appearance, so the rise on Thursday was considered normal.

I approve your concern Vital. Why would Pearl play on the words!!
To get the average price he is looking for??

Should the SEC be involve? Is this enough to involve them?
I don't think so. But If I was Pearl I would be careful not to play with credibility
