Mike & Thread - I hear that Rogers sold their stake in ATHM. Can anybody confirm this. I also heard the cable operators in Canada were complaining because BCE was beating them with DSL. Can anybody confirm this?

Oral arguments on the ATT appeal of the Portland decision will take place before the 9th Circuit of the US Court of Appeals in October. This particular court, for what its worth, has a reputation for being the most "liberal" court of all the circuits. By "liberal", I mean they tend to defend the rights of persons accused of crime more aggressively than the other circuits. It is difficult to predict how they will rule on this case.
