Jill,

If I could weigh in on GNET - I like the stock. I have been both a trader and investor in this stock since earlier this year. It would be hard for those of us who are regulars on this board to argue that their prducts are not useful. They are profitable and have lots of cash thanks to PA. I like CNET as well, but would take GNET if I had to choose. What they offer, in my opinion is unique, while CNET faces much more competition.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, Jill. I took, Friday off and went to the Islands down south. What a great weekend it was indeed.

Anyway, regarding Morgan and his analysis of the sector, I think I already responded to his thoughts.

Regarding GNET and CNET, I have been thinking quite a bit about these two issues and the sector as a whole. YHOO concerns me. CNET at 40 was a no brainer, and under 50 is probably still a great value, IMHO. GNET seems to always go through a consolidation phase, and during one of these consolidations is probably the right time to jump in. But the sector really concerns me, and it might prevent me from jumping in altogether.

I am very cautious right now.
