That is a very sad tragedy and I am sorry to hear about it.

My condolences to those affected.

Was it a tragedy. How the death occur. If a death certificate shows that this was from carcenoma(cancer), or any other terminal disease, and it was known to the parties involved at the release of the proxy that would spell out alot. If I remember right the Mrs was said to be getting the estate of the deceased. I may be wrong but if all the transactions were done by the now deceased, there is no one to prosecute. The estate could be freezed though...but wait! That is currently be put in the Mrs. estate. The funny money is quickly thrown around to get lost. I think action must be taken by the SEC to freeze all assets of the deceased before they are transfered, and an investigation to see if there was any sale of AGRS by the deceased during its run-up.

Something has to be done to at least get an official statement from the partys involved.
