Here are the key differences

ISLD: Provides fast internet access to global companies through ISLD's own routers on the internet by providing customers with least hops on the internet

INIT: Host internet server applications, Lotus Domino applications, and internet consulting services. Hosting of corporate applications for small and medium-size business is growing at exponential rate since these business do not worry about employing high-paying IS/IT folks

Haven't really heard much about INIT. Based on a quick review, I usually avoid roll-ups such as INIT with 14 acquisitions in 2 years because they tend to have integration problems. IMHO djane
