Has to fall to make certain bands of nomads who roam to boards which have seen a recent rise in stock...I don't like to sound beligerent, but I've done a TON of DD on this stock, I will not tolerate a campaign to de-value. Ruby you simply do not start posting on a message board of a company that has hurdled every obsticle since it's inception, from raising cash with very low dilution, using that cash to open a manufacturing plant on schedule, surrounding itself with quality people, forming a strategic alliance with a multi-billion dollar company. All of this I mind you in less than 1 year. This speaks for itself, just as the their products will speak for themself. All I've heard is comments that have one purpose, to put new negative posts in earshot of any regular newcomers that may investigate LUMM, or to worry any new LUMM investors of the past couple or so weeks. You more than likely have multiple IDs to yo-yo a stock. Do not use generic blanket statements to describe this company. Use some facts. Now tell me why a company that operates the only PHASIC manufacturing facility in the world, and has a partner in molex who will without a doubt do another private placement at a much higher price to keep this company on track and out of debt, should not be trading at $2-3 RIGHT NOW. What is so fundamentaly unsound abound this company RIGHT NOW to make you start a sudden posting campaign aimed at devalueing lumenon. Do don't come waltzing into my backyard picnic after you just moved next door and start talking about how bad my other next door neighbor's house needs some siding, when don't know them and nobody knows you let alone been inside your house. Sorry if I sound beligerent but I went through a short-attack last yaer with Osicom led by Auric Goldfinger. He never once stated current facts, knew nothing of the business model of DWDM, and went as far as stating at SEC filing would be filed by the company within 10 days that would negatively affect the company. It never happened, but it scared away any curious new investors within earshot, and shaked any green investors (or even well versed investors since you could see the telegraphed signs of a short attack forming). I saw it a went through it. Emotions, not common sense take over when your are not a calculating/manipulating, pumping/dumping, daytrading, a shorter. This board has never gotten out of hand with pumping, and has never had any smearing. You say 1 out of 10 hopefuls make it. Why don't be specific. LUMM is currently competing with itself. If you didn't have an agenda, you would know that they have the only PHASIC manufacturing facility in the world. We will see $1.50 next week. Maybe we will, but WHY will we. I have reasons why we shoud be at $3.50 that $1.50. Whats your reason, we've been waiting for all those fundamental and technical red-flags you've been ambigously waving. It has to move back to .65 cents. Let me see we already back-filled to 7/16 from the .75-1.00 profit taking. We form at new level at 1 1/8 to 1 1/2. We jump to $3 on the molex news. We backfill to 1.46 on profit taking, form a new price level between 1 5/8 to 2. We spike from the plant opening, fall back today on VERY odd action (you tell me why a stock opens %20 lower), but with the technicals, we should form a base at 2-2 1/2 for awhile. Why we should retreat to .65 like you say makes no sense. You state today at 11:22am when the lack of volume was questioned, and I quote, "maybe everyone wants to sell at the same time and no buyers", when everyone by that time knew the OTC was having major problems posting volume and last sale (that says alot about your motives and character right there...you better fold). You repeat you statements that this stock is not worth it's current price and defend your repeated blanket statement as ""honest discussion", but give NO basis for you prediction (let alone discussion), except your word, which we know is no good from the previous setence. I'm done. This is tiring. I hate getting involved in this crap, but I will not tolerate your "honest discussion" when it comes to my investments. Go make you "honest" money somewhere else. You felt the waters for your clan to see if this is a short canidatate. Now as don said, put up or shut up. Sorry to everyone one, but I will stand idle when I see an obvious short probe.
