Hatim,

You co. needs an editor... in today's (July 8) PR, there is this passage: ".... Wi-LAN currently owns two key patents; the first patent covers wide-band orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (W-OFDM) which is the technology adopted by the IEEE for the IEEE802.11a draft standard. The 30 Megabits per second W-OFDM product, is scheduled to be launched in June...." Oops. June is past, and the product was already announced.

Regards,

John

Congratulations on all your successes, Dr. Zaghloul.

Are WIN's holdings in CLQ in escrow? It looks like a lot of WIN profit-takers are putting their earnings into CLQ, as I know many people well invested in WIN are also intimately familiar with Cell-Loc. The reciprocal is also true.

Does CLQ also hold WIN shares directly, and how does the Wi-COM/Wi-LAN/Cell-Loc triangle work? Also, could you comment on your relationship/association with Mr. John Webb (perhaps on the Cell-Loc thread)? I would be interested in getting your side of the story regarding his introduction to the company in 1997 and his recent dismissal.

Thanks and Regards,
Randall
