FM,

The GNET chart says buy, slightly overbought but i've seen GNET set new high stochastic breakouts before.

GNET should benefit from the overall momentum of the Inets as you mentioned earlier, could be some volatility between now and earnings but 10-20 pt gain could easily be realized.

MAJOR NEWS RELEASE FOR PSCM...

PSCM OTC:BB....

Metamor and PrimeSource Join Forces to Provide Baan Application Hosting Services

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., ATLANTA, RESTON, Va., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- During a virtual press conference today, three leading ERP organizations -- PrimeSource Technologies, Metamor Worldwide (Nasdaq: MMWW) and Baan Company (Amex: BAAN; Nasdaq: BAANF) -- announced the formation of an alliance that brings to market complete ERP and supply chain application hosting services for midmarket manufacturing and distribution companies.

Under this innovative arrangement, the Baan Company will offer its complete suite of ERP and supply chain software solutions. PrimeSource Technologies, LLC, will offer its proven ability to design, implement and manage Baan ERP projects. Metamor Enterprise Operations (E-Ops(SM)), a subsidiary of Metamor Worldwide (Nasdaq: MMWW), will provide fully integrated application hosting in conjunction with a first-of-its-kind Web-enabled ERP service management system from its new Solution Center in Atlanta.

"The robust applications from Baan are well-suited to our style of application hosting. Our E-Ops focus is on high quality of service and support for the Baan application suite," said Allen Gresham, president of Metamor Enterprise Operations. "We employ a first-of-its-kind Web-enabled ERP service management system that provides our worldwide Baan customers with instant and secure access to information about their system availability, performance and status. In addition, our customers can actually use our service management system to help drive continuous quality improvement of their Baan implementation."

Services provided by the three companies will include Baan administration, systems management, operations, disaster recovery, network management and Baan applications management. Clients will have full 24/7 access to their Baan system through the Internet, their current network or the E-Ops network for a predictable, fixed monthly fee.

"We built this alliance around the technical and financial strength of Metamor E-Ops, as well as the versatility and application of Baan software," said Jim Pierce, PrimeSource Technologies chief executive officer and chairman. "This unique arrangement with Metamor E-Ops means emerging, mid-tier and Fortune 500 companies can now leverage the advantages of ERP at a cost much lower than they could relying solely on in-house resources."

"With PrimeSource providing Baan expertise, and Metamor E-Ops providing world-class operations capability, our clients will be assured of a reliable operation that delivers business functionality rich in value," said Baan general manager Jim Worley. "I have high confidence in this team's ability to ensure that outsourcing the Baan application is a viable and compelling option for our customers."

!!Thread Alert!! NITE

NITE is tanking bigtime, high of the day was 63 9/16 currently bid at 57 1/2, big selloff occurring b/c rumors spreading of a negative article in Barrons this weekend and the 'lock up' period for a significant amount of shares ends next week.

Put NITE on your radar screen for the weekend and especially Monday for a possible entry if the rumor isn't true. I'll post back here with a Barrons update. NITE is a fundamentally sound company, they report earnings on 7-21-99 and a strong report is anticipated.

This could provide a nice entry point for the 2 week period prior to earnings, in fact, I was looking to go long NITE at 60 with a target of 65-70. This is not a recommendation to buy today, but if the article rumor isn't true or if the article doesn't bash NITE, it won't stay in the 57 range for long. Further DD is required here.
