Metamor and PrimeSource Join Forces to Provide Baan Application Hosting Services
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., ATLANTA, RESTON, Va., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- During a virtual press conference today, three leading ERP organizations -- PrimeSource Technologies, Metamor Worldwide (Nasdaq: MMWW) and Baan Company (Amex: BAAN; Nasdaq: BAANF) -- announced the formation of an alliance that brings to market complete ERP and supply chain application hosting services for midmarket manufacturing and distribution companies.
Under this innovative arrangement, the Baan Company will offer its complete suite of ERP and supply chain software solutions. PrimeSource Technologies, LLC, will offer its proven ability to design, implement and manage Baan ERP projects. Metamor Enterprise Operations (E-Ops(SM)), a subsidiary of Metamor Worldwide (Nasdaq: MMWW), will provide fully integrated application hosting in conjunction with a first-of-its-kind Web-enabled ERP service management system from its new Solution Center in Atlanta.
