If you are talking about 100% belief of the entire population, or test group, I can't argue with your reasoning. On an individual basis, however, every part of the Bible can be understood but, it takes a lot of study and discussion of certain parts, because of the symbolism and words used so long ago. That is why I prefer "The Living Bible" or "New International version". A lot of these mysteries are explained without changing any of the meaning because logical connections are made between the old and the new. TD

There is more involved in belief than interpretation of passages. I believe we have a spiritual connection to God, which confirms belief and clarifies understanding of words, regardless of phrasing, grammar, etc. I think you have to know in the spirit before you can understand the writing.
