if this is a scam, the company insiders would have sold on the run up. the fact that no significant insiders selling has occured is a good sign, imo. Also, it takes money to do the ads, which would suggest to me there is revenue coming in. Now, DGIV just has to come out in the open regarding contracts and deals. DGIV would not have made those ads if it did not have revenues/deals, imo. So the fact that it is forced to make the announcements would actually be a good thing!
