Sam,

"Don't you ever get tired of
hurtin' me".

You must be a country music fan, at least it would make a good title to a country song. My favorite "Get your tongue out of my mouth, this is a kiss goodby."

The suspension invoked the Rule I just described which means that they must disclose financials to the market maker before that market maker will be authorized to trade DGIV again. In other words, as I see it, the SEC puts the responsbility on the mm to assure that the company it is supporting is a valid company. Why do you blame the SEC? We solid supporters have been giving Jimmy the benefit of the doubt for a long time, the SEC is simply saying that it's time to show your investors that you've got the goods you claim. It's that simple, IMO. If he's got the goods, we're in good shape, if he doesn't, we're down the tubes. Either way, won't it be good to finally know? And btw, it could take a lot more than 2 weeks to get that info to the mm, but of course it's in the companies best interest to expedite that process.

Good night folks! "E," are you there??
