Check this, from RB thread... MSGI Listing in the Russell 3000 is Official! Hello everyone. I just checked the official list of the Russell 3000 on Russelles own website. MSGI is listed in there. As a matter of fact, MSGI is also listed in the Russell 2000 as well. I hope this news would translate into a nice movement in the stock tomorrow and the days to come. Note: Russell 3000 represents the broad market, while Russell 2000 represents only small caps. The information can be had on Russell's web site at russell.com
