something that occurs to me: for whatever reason, someone was buying a lot of shares last week at this level. Would this entity be interested in buying shares on weakness, if the same reasons that initially caused the heavy buying last week still exist? especially if the company is forced to come out with announcements regarding contracts as we are all hoping??

Don't mean to be a downer but I do think that we need to mentally prepare ourselves that this thing may never trade again. I also have trouble seeing any kind of silver lining here like...now they will have to release the info they were witholding etc. The SEC just doesnt go around halting stocks and then two weeks later say, sorry our mistake have a nice day... Its a shame that we may now be getting dinged by things that may have been communicated in DGIVs early days, because as we all know the company sure hasn't been sharing anything with us for 6 + months. Its also a shame that some of the folks that helped hype this stock are long gone or have traded in and out for handsome profits. It seems the people that have been hurt the most from the suspension are the "longs:" who continue to believe. I am STILL one of those believers but I feel that we all need to face the facts that filing of the financials is NOT going to make everything better. Sorry for venting, but there is NO good news in what happened to us today.
