Company Press Release

Q-Seven Systems, Inc. Announces Listing On the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

MONHEIM, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1999--Q-Seven Systems, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin
Board: QSSY - news) is pleased to announce that its common stock was listed today
on the
third segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and began trading under the symbol:
QSV.

Q-Seven Systems obtained a listing on the Frankfurt Exchange in order to gain
exposure to
the global financial markets. As with Q-Seven Systems' Internet business, the
worldwide
financial markets operate across all time zones, trading equities 24 hours per day. The
Company's new listing on the third segment of the Frankfurt Exchange (which is similar
to an
OTC listing in the US) will allow European investors to buy Q-Seven Systems' shares
during
their daylight trading hours, and will help the Company gain exposure in the European
Internet
and Technology equities market.

Philipp Kriependorf, President of Q-Seven Systems said today: ''The listing on the
Frankfurt
Stock Exchange is an important step that we believe will assist us in promoting our
Company,
our stock and our products in Europe as well as in the United States. We are very
happy that
our many German investors now have the ability to trade the stock in Frankfurt. The
new listing
will make it much easier for them to trade the stock, and it will be more cost effective.''

A public relations campaign is planned to begin in Germany shortly to help promote the
Company's products and stock to the German speaking community.

Q-Seven's User Management Software can be used to run various kinds of Internet
businesses. However, the Company focuses on the fastest growing and most lucrative
industries on the net: online gaming, online shopping and adult entertainment. Their
website
can be visited at: www.q-seven.com.

The management of Q-Seven cautions readers not to place undue reliance on
''forward-looking statements,'' such as ''plans to,'' ''is expected to,'' etc. which speak
only as
of the date made, when used in this press release, in filings with the SEC, in other public
or
stockholder communications, or in oral statements made with the approval of an
authorized
executive officer of the Company. Such statements are based on certain assumptions
and
expectations which may or may not actually occur and which involve various risks and
uncertainties.

This is off topic.

In the stock rumor department.

On the golf course yesterday. "You better write this down"

"Write what down?"

"This stock symbol"

"Why"

"Have I steered you wrong before"

"No"

"OK, its WRPC"

"They make gloves and will be making a bunch of em"

So I wrote it down. Don't know anything else. Anyone heard anything?
