Your thoughts on NEON? I'm considering entering into this one; but I'm looking for a basing of some sort. My guess is that with 70 percent of the holding having been instituions; when they exit; the stock stays flatlined for a good long while when a base is put in. Seems to still be down down down.

RAD, MUEI, ICGX: -
RAD - RiteAid, continued down today, second day in a row of 3-4X avg volume. someone, fund, institution, is dumping big time. Stock looks very cheap here and good for entry for hold and/or trade.

MUEI - Micron Technology - box maker, joined the free-pc movement if you sign up for 3 years internet service. But instead of e-machhine, you get one of the best puters built. chart is a thing of beauty: 207.95.154.130 - (change chart to 180 weeks and even more exciting)canceled Z buy last week, but did personal flip, probably should have held.

ICGX - Intelecom Group- very nice move and impressive chart (substitute ICGX in the MUEI chart) - stock up on news of ISP joint venture with QWST, could be start of bigger things. Stock looks ready for big break out. was mentioned on 7 Bells tonight:http://www.hardrightedge.com/trader.htm

good luck all. do your own dd. larry
