Did anyone see the news on NOV today? Remember, they own most of NCES. Here is part of it and the link below it. . Third, with the proceeds from that sale, we paid down all of our bank debt and added more than $40 million to our cash position. Fourth, our subsidiary, NovaCare Employee Services, Inc., previously announced that it was evaluating strategic alternatives, including the sale of the company. NovaCare, Inc. owns 67 percent of NovaCare Employee Services. Finally, we are making excellent progress in realizing economies of scale and enhancing the profitability of our outpatient physical rehabilitation and occupational health business. I think this one is about to go. I am guessing they will sell NCES for $6 to $8. dawg biz.yahoo.com
