Not a tit for a tat, but a true compliment: John, when it comes to intricate, yet balanced, prose I feel I have to graciously defer (Note my poorly split infinitive) to you. Your pen is indeed mighty. I've taught our mother tongue for 33 years now form innercity New York to Columbia University. How is that for a pedagogical gamut! I soon (by August 1 perhaps)hope to merge my passion for language and my zest for Wall Street. The minister who shall merge these "talens" is none other than the Reverend Tom Hughes.
