Louie, TOMmy's fundamentals are damn good for an ASE company. I posted a breakdown on who owns TOMmy stock a couple of months back. I believe my guesstimate for their float was about 4M shares. Insiders own about 12M shares. The price has held up amazingly well for having 4M+ shares out there and little to no news/promotion.

With a little news/promotion, their market cap should improve significantly. I liken their share perfomance, technically, to Cybersurf, Net Sheppard, and a couple of other ASE plays - that is, before they went up 8-10X in value. Similar to these plays (when they were cheap), TOMmy trades within a pretty narrow range on low volumes. I like this pattern, for REAL Companies, as they often break out of their trading range on significant volumes and share appreciation... and stay there for a while. Technically, I suppose you could say I like the Bollinger bands as a technical indicator for real Companies.

P.S. Nice to see the price firm up today:)

Regards,

JT
