Jon, currently, MCI owns no shares in MCOM, Vulcan has 8.7 MM shares, the float is 7.6 MM

MCOM will issue 60 million new convertible shares at $10 each to MCI and Vulcan. After conversion to common in the future, MCI will own 30 MM shares, Vulcan 38.7 MM shares, the float remains at 7.6 MM shares.

The 7.6 MM in the float is not small compared to its normal average trading volume, but the short interest is relatively high. It was short squeeze and nothing but squeeze that drove MCOM up 150% in the last 4 days.

Regards,

Tom
