I recall reading somewhere that the market makers already have the 15c2-11 information for OTC BB companies, unless the company is granted an exemption. One wonders if they noticed a problem with DGIV's information that could lead to SEC action, and if so, did the MMs decide to close out some positions, particularly short positions, to avoid possible complications for them. Kind of like the CIA attitude about "plausible deniability" perhaps...

BTW, as far as I know, normally, the MMs don't have to share their 15c2-11 information with the public.
