Emotions underlie all deeply held convictions. I would suggest that opinions without emotional underpinnings are valueless. It is my opinion that this very small man in the WH has been very destructive to the office of the Presidency, the Constitution and our national debate. He is a poor example of a man, of a husband and a father. He does not lead by example but is a good example of how not to lead. He has been a polarizing influence unseen since the Nixon years. In my opinion, this is not what we as a country should seek nor accept in a President. I base these opinions on the evidence I have seen, read, heard, etc. I base them upon my observations of past Presidential timber. I base them upon my own study of the Constitution and the laws we all live under in this country. I base them upon my own professional evaluation of this small man vis a vis my own actions and those of my colleagues in the legal profession. I base these opinions upon my own actions as husband, father and friend. There is an intellectual as well as emotional aspect to my opinions and I suspect to all opinions, including your own. JLA
