I have some thoughts on APNT. AppNet Systems, Inc.

APNT provides internet and electronic commerce professional services and solutions to medium-sized and large businesses.

Explosive growth company, fueled by acquistion. Some questions whether APNT can integrate these acquisitions into one well running machine.

However, in this fast paced internet time period there is no time for companies to sit around and grow internally. Those who do will be left in the dust. I read an article a while back that talked about how years ago it was always big companies eatting up smaller companies, but now days it's fast companies eating up the slow companies, size doesn't matter any more.

I think APNT can integrate acquistions to grow revenues and become a major internet solutions provider. I think this is where the money is, in services that provide assistance in positioning medium to large business on the internet.

It's a competitive sector, but there is enough room for quite a few players.

Some shorter term thoughts:

With APNT coming out of quiet period end of tomorrow, i wanted to see how APNT stacked up valuation wise
to its peers. With analysts coming out of the wood work to support APNT we could see APNT move to similar
valuations if market maintains the momentum we have seen in previous weeks.

In doing my dd and noticed that Razorfish is selling for about 19 times current revenue per
share(revenue may be higher, i used yahoo's $1.85 sales per share), Proxicom is selling at 13.50 times revenue
per share and APNT is selling 8.5 times revenue per share.

I'm using revenue per share valuation since this is used by analysts to measure most internet stock valuations.

I think APNT could trade mid $30's very soon and as high as $25 end of this week.

Look at the chart on PXCM, this is what i see APNT doing.

P.S. Float is 6 million, expect volatility, market cap is currently $600 million, I see an immediate move to a
market cap of $775 million($25/share). That is very reasonable. $30/share in the next few weeks.

ARI Network (ARIS) An e-commerce play with Paul Allen as an investor. How could this company be selling at just 2-3x sales when other B2B cos like Ariba and CMRC are selling at much, much higher multiples. Have you looked at this company at all? Thx
