can't disagree with any of that -- I think it happens next year -- Abby Cohen is right about one thing -- it is a supertanker. Even when it hits the big rock it will take a while ... I inherited a very modest sum of money -- there were lots of things I could do with it -- wanted a new vehicle -- decided to pay down my mortgage instead. I paid too much for the house (how can a person avoid that -- there is a real estate bubble right now), but at least I can whittle down the debt a little faster -- I look at it as a sure 7% return.
