As I read my C-Span directory, I thought that it would be wonderful if each of us sign a tobacco petition. e-thepeople.com Soneone came up with the novel e-petition, and it merits attention. Ralph, go ahead and write it up! I'll sign whatever you write! The rules, when writing a member of Congress, include being courteous, to the point, and including key information. Only one issue should be addressed in each petition. Let's pool together, come up with something, and get the "world" to sign it! Theo PS OK, I had a little extra coffee this morning.
