Tom,

It missed the first launch window.

Update for 7:01:08 a.m. EDT

T-minus 30 minutes and counting. Liftoff of the Delta 2 rocket on the fourth such deployment mission for Globalstar is now one hour away. Countdown clocks are proceeding toward T-minus 20 minutes where a 20-minute hold is planned. One further hold, for 10 minutes, is scheduled at T-minus 4 minutes.
Boeing officials say upper level winds, as was the case yesterday, are currently outside acceptable limits. The winds have been unfavorable all morning, but additional weather balloons will be released to determine if the launch can proceed today. Winds are currently "no go" between 20,000 and 52,000 feet.
Other than the high altitude wind issue, there are no other problems being worked at this time. There was an earlier Range Safety equipment problem, but that has been fixed.
