I think that the liability issue is not so much the problem. The problem appears to be that many consultants are coming off of assignments, many y2k efforts, at the same time and are unable to be placed. In part the placements are hindered by clients ceaing development efforts until after year 2000 because of yr2000 concerns... this qtr and the next could be quite dismal but after that pent up demand should kick in.... The problem is not a KEA problem. Its a problem suffered by CHRZ and other consulting firms... I am a consultant. I see whats happening..... Be careful... Better times are ahead but probably not for a couple qtrs.....
