long-term investors with an 18-month investment horizon.

Datalink.net is the only Internet/wireless communications company
offering Web to Wireless(tm) products and services for both the

business strategy is to position itself as an Internet company,
bridging the Web to Wireless community, serving a 28 million
wireless data user marketplace, which is estimated to grow at a 25%
compounded annual growth rate. Web to Wireless technology
empowers customers by connecting them to current events that are

information they want to receive, and avoids information overload.
Datalink.net's architecture is carrier, device, transport, and
protocol independent which translates to services which are
compatible with every wireless carrier and all text messaging devices
such as PCS telephones, numeric pagers and PDAs.

The Company uses brand name strategic partners to leverage its sales
and marketing effort. These partnerships assist Datalink.net in
positioning itself as the Web to Wireless leader. Partners include

over 1 million one-way alpha customers. SkyTel has been distributing

a reseller agreement with Office Depot providing Datalink.net a
nationwide outlet for distributing consumer information services to
the mass market. PageNet is a national carrier serving more than 10
million customers and capable of reaching 90% of the US population.
Datalink.net is a PageNet reseller. This gives the Company enormous
leverage in purchasing airtime for its customers. And, BellSouth
Wireless Data, where Datalink.net has become their first advanced
messaging provider. BellSouth Wireless Data operates throughout the
United States, covering more than 93 percent of the urban business
population located in 492 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) and
non-MSAs with a total population of 200 million people. The Company
is continuing to identify other leading paging, PCS and retail
wireless providers with which to build new relationships.

At present, Datalink.net has six US patents issued plus two patents
pending which concern pager enhancement keyboard and system, and an
alphanumeric paging message system operating on the Internet.

the W2W space, include Yahoo!'s $80 million acquisition of
"On-line Anywhere" which delivers content to Sprint PCS phones,
Microsoft's recent acquisition of "OmniBrowse", the IPO of "Phone.com",
valued at $1.2 billion on $6 million of revenues and $14 million in
losses, and the eBay and SkyTel announcement to offer a wireless online
