To the thread: Just read from Bloomberg News that NITE is actively pursuing an acquisition of a privately held company to give it more presence in options market making activity. The release also made mention that the CEO had no comment on the rumor that NITE will be receiving a bid of $90 from a bank as referenced from jagnotes. Ken Also, nite opened up around $2.
