Hi Rande. Re: PLCO, if the PLCOP's are now too rich relative to PLCOs recent progress ( as a board member recently suggested) why wouldn't PLCO buy them up? or are they not allowed to.? Tks ....C

Thanks Rande - One more question. Do you follow INFR? I guess this should go on the "Home" thread since it is a $5+ stock. I have been following it for a while and it seems like a sleeper to me.
