check my profile. you're not american, so am i. i didn't buy this stock for its ipo directed shares program and so i am holding. i don't like the rule either but don't have the time to bother bigtime about it. it may be a form of discrimination...yeah, maybe, but on the other hand i would call it a favour for a few rather than a discrimination for few. it just came up my mind since your last answer ("been possible for ages") sounded a little bit arrogant to me. maybe its the same subtle arrogance that cmgi shows us foreigners in its directed shares program ;-) regards sunny p.s. still long cmgi and holding beyond year 2000. DW is a great CEO and even his halfhearted directed shares program is only the first step in the right direction. i'm sure there's more to come.
