I doubt Mr. Jardine is still related to IMALL. I've always wondered about him, why wouldn't they make him CEO of ZSUN, he would seem to be imminently more qualified, having been involved in the internet since it's infancy, and having went through the start up process from the other end, he could better understand the needs of the prospective takeovers of an internet incubator like ZSUN.(that has yet to make a real internet acquisition in my book) He also has that wonderful back ground in multi-level marketing that seems so important to them. As for the UT auditors, haven't seen their names tied to this at all. Mr. Burns
