As a matter of fact I should like to draw a distinction between 'Greens' and Greenpeace. I have reluctantly come to the conclusion that one or two of the greens now sampling power in one or two European governments may be on the right path. True it is a question of Scylla or Charybdis but they should be encouraged. Have you ever seen the Rhine or the Danube or the Black Forest? Twentyfive years ago I would have been an avid Green.
