David, it is your money, let me ask you a question or two. What is the current valuation of this company? I cannot find it can you? Do you know how many shares are outstanding now? Do you know how big the debenture is and what it would convert at let say, $1, $.5, $.05 and after a reverse split at $.005 and $.0005? Have you put a pencil to a piece of paper and asked yourself what will the mobile imaging unit require in terms of cash until it becomes profitable? A hint, search the net for the leaders in the field of mobile imaging and look at their working capital requirements (forget about their profits). The best hint of course is the fact that this unit has currently sales rate of $200K and receivable of $3.1 millions. But you are not interested in numbers, only "concepts". Last, my name is Zeev, not Sparky or anything else, I do not call you names, I discuss with you issues with respect, I would expect the same netiquette from you. I do not mind spending some time with you and warn you of the problems you are facing with this investment. But lets keep it to what can argued rationally. Good luck Zeev
