ClearWorks Expands to Las Vegas; Company Establishes New Market in Nevada

HOUSTON, July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearWorks.net (OTC Bulletin Board: CLWK)
announced today its expansion into Las Vegas, Nevada. ClearWorks expansion
into Las Vegas marks the first steps in a nationwide expansion program for the
Company. ClearWorks is the nation's leading provider of Fiber To The Home
(FTTH) for the delivery of Bundled Digital Services(SM) including high speed
Internet connectivity, dial-tone, digital multi-channel video, on-demand video
rental and other digital services.
"Las Vegas represents a unique market opportunity to deliver Bundled
Digital Services(SM) into a high residential growth city. With a rapid
developing real estate market and high growth within the school systems, we
feel ClearWorks can have significant impact on the Las Vegas market" stated

Royce Enclave; Village Builders, a Lennar Corp. company; David Powers; and
Local Custom Builders. ClearWorks.net expects to sign similar arrangements
with many of Las Vegas' top homebuilders in the near future as well.
