Dennis, sorry but you are missing the point. Speculation is no wisdom and for sure not sensible investing of other peoples money. To be a speculator you need no brains and yes fro the past 3 year all idiots got rich buy buying blindly and speculating. Making money by speculating does not make one smarter. In the 80'thies every idiot made money in real estate, yes it collapsed and we the taxpayers paid the bill not the idiots. Now it repeats itself again!! people who declared bankruptcy in 1991 and left the bag to the banks are riding high in NYC AGAIN!! That is why I am worried about my money!! Remember CitiBank needing an infusion from an Arab Price not to go under, well CitiBank lend plenty of money to NYC real estate people including a famous and well known NYC idiot that name buildings after his name. Instead of being send to jail the guy is at it again. If Tisch was responsible with NYU money the better, I will have even more respect for the man.
