Here's more of the BDE (Bermeister interview)

TWST: What then is the summary statement, the essential message that you
would convey to investors? Over the next three to five year time frame, what are
the strengths and highlights that will distinguish your company as an
investment today?

Mr. Bermeister: Brilliant has clearly developed a technology which is ahead of
its time. The market, the companies and the business opportunities are
opening up rapidly as people begin to understand exactly what Brilliant does
and has achieved in its technology development and content development. I
believe within relatively short time frames Brilliant will put into place strategic
and commercial deals with distribution support in the marketplace. That will
trigger growth, it will spur new revenue streams. Most importantly, it will allow
Brilliant to distribute its technology to people around the world via the internet. It
will position Brilliant as the owner of a technology that others want to use.

More (BDE) Bermeister Interview...

TWST: How are you approaching the marketing and distribution side of the
business? Are you looking for partners? Are you going to be hosting those
services yourself?

Mr. Bermeister: We are in several businesses. We develop technology and will
license that technology in the future. We are a production studio. We will derive
revenue from content production for hire. We are in the co-production business
and will co-produce animated programming with mainstream animation
companies. We are the producers of our own content for distribution. We have
a multifaceted business model.

TWST: What role, if any, would strategic opportunities play? Are there merger
or acquisition possibilities that would bring in products, bring in technology or
expertise that might be of interest?

Mr. Bermeister:We are working with
broadband companies and technology companies to provide content for many
of the new programs that are underway. Our strategic deals in terms of content
development are being discussed with studios including Warner and Fox. A
number of opportunities have presented themselves and we hope we will
conclude appropriate deals with those organizations for the development of
content and for the placement of video programming to their markets. On the
technology side, we have only recently concluded our presentation of the tools.
We see the development of strategic relationships as very important.
