I spoke to Bill Baumgartner, then CFO and since promoted, around 7/2 and he indicated that they were sifting through several options to "reconstitute" their financial structure and that they would be settling on one or another pretty soon. I got the impression that that meant within a month or so. It now being 7/10, R.edwards comment seems to jibe pretty closely with what Mr. Baumgartner at MEXP was saying back on 7/2.
