Legg Mason pulled out a month ago. That's confirmed by a friend working at Prudential. But I am still trying to find more info about the final SEC approval.

If they do not IPO NETR in the next 2-3 weeks, I think Everen will miss the window of opportunity again. And, let's hope the upcoming PPI and CPI would be good for the market next week. If not, it will be "interest rate fear" again all over and this time we have to wait till the Fed meeting end of August.

I think the future is streaming, not downloading music. Why store music? With 24-7 internet hookup the music choices will be a thousand times more and probably even faster than putting in a cd. Why waste hardrive space on music. jmo
