See Common Response #14. I wrote that before reading your note. How ironic. There really must be a manual somewhere. Never heard of Pacific Growth. Odds are good they have been compensated, or may be trying to get the investment banking business for future private placements. Maybe they did work on the previous private placement. Most people don't realize that the majority of compensation for most investment analysts come from investment banking bonuses, especially in the small and microcap sector.
