Again, if you keep looking only at the SEC filings you are not only dealing with old information but you will miss the larger picture. Did you calculate a % return on Valence's investment as travel expenses to South Korea when the return is 50% of the Hanil joint venture profits?

I talked to Valence and was told all company information regarding contract, revenues, financing and production data were NOT totally disclosed in the SEC documents and that ongoing discussions with potential customers, associates, partners continue.

So,if you are scared out of your wits and indulge in severe paranoia please wait for official contract press releases. <VBG> Caught those"VBG'S" agin....

Like others many others on this thread I suspect, I am sick of the post by MGV. I joined this thread, and SI, to learn more about Valence and inform my investments in this company. I didn't join this thread to wade through message after message of personal attacks by him. Several on this thread have suggested that we just ignore him. I have a better solution. SI has a terms of use policy and it appears to me that MGV violates it (see the second bullet). I have written to SI asking that he be removed from posting on this thread. I would encourage others to do the same. Please find below SI's terms of use. At the bottom you will find the email address for the webmistress for SI.
