Just by the nature of Dell's build to order model, they also won't buy RDRAM until it's "Just In Time." Touche'.

Before that, of course, they need to test RDRAM in their boxes, but they can't get Camino chipsets yet, a co-requisite with RDRAM, ain't it? No need to buy yet, in other words.

Still, you're taunt that no PC vendor has expressed RDRAM support by flashing bucks, is hollow. Didn't Dell declare they'd be buying 1/3, or was it 2/3 of the available RDRAM in 3Q or 4Q? That sounds like solid support to me.
